This was a very easy purchase, the team listened and dealt with a few prep items, liaised with my finance people for me and the car was ready on the date and time I asked for. What has really stood out was after I collected the car a few unforeseen issue occurred, namely a DPF and battery issue. Nothing that could have been predicted or tested for but regardless the team sorted it all with no fuss. In a world of shady car dealers this has been a real top notch experience.

When we initially went to view the car Shak briefly showed us around it and then left us to it, it was a very relaxed atmosphere.
I decided that I wanted to take it out for a test drive and one of Shak’s colleagues came with us, he said there was no time scale on the test drive and I could go as far as I wanted to. I got a good feel of the car and when we got back I decided there and then I wanted it.
I collected it the following Saturday and Shak sorted out the road tax and did the online transfer of the registration document.
The whole process was very laid back and I would definitely use Greenland again

The experience at Greenland Cars was good because the salesman wasn't pushy, let me to have a good look round without him looking over my shoulder. The whole transaction was faultless, very professional and took care of all the hand over paperwork/process.
